I eventually met lovely Scott through your website after almost 6 years of being on your site! After years of not much activity on the CC website & with a despondent heart at times, I thought I’d never meet someone online. I wanted to meet someone naturally, in day to day life, but God had other plans & I couldn’t have found a more loving, kind & caring man than my husband! I had heard of so many people getting together through CC, but hadn’t had any success myself - felt like it was something that worked for others & wasn't working for me. But I was proven wrong in the end!
I guess my tip is to keep persevering, as you never know when you’ll meet the one! And as many folk said to me, all you need is one ☝️😆 After meeting in June 2018, dating for some months, we eventually got engaged & married in August 2019. The other thing I would say to folk on CC, is to not be put off people who have minimal information on their profile - sometimes people prefer not to “sell” themselves via their profile & instead are so much interactive via messages & in person too. Scott hasn’t put much on his profile & I could’ve easily ignored his wave 👋, but instead I waved back, we messaged each other & instantly hit it off (lots in common, especially our sense of humour) & as they say, the rest is history! So grateful to God for bringing us together...in His timing (it’s so worth the wait & God really knows best!) 😃
