Andy and I were both in our late 30s when we met via the site in February 2015. We both appreciated how easy the site was to use. Easy to wave and email. We emailed for a couple of weeks before meeting up.

I think that's probably our top tip, that you meet up for a coffee or similar as soon as possible if you're able to and don't live too far from each other. Getting to know each other in real life, mixing with each other's friends etc was invaluable. We were both very grateful to God for bringing us together and for surrounding us with church family who were part of us getting to know each other. Very thankful too that as we dated we were praying that God would lead us and we would trust him as he did - whether that meant marriage or parting as friends.

In October 2015 we got engaged and were married in February 2016 just over a year after meeting. Next February we'll celebrate four years. We thank God that he brought us together and has kept us through the joys and the challenges.
