When couples who meet on Christian Connection get in touch to share their stories, what really stands out is how different and deeply personal each one is. Whether the story is of a new connection taking shape, a beautiful wedding, special anniversary or something unique to the couple, they are all full of joy, honesty and hope. The testimonies are also sent to offer encouragement – for every single Christian searching hopefully for their own special story to start. They show that timing can make all the difference, that God could be leading somewhere unexpected and every relationship has to start with that first ‘hello’ before it goes anywhere else!

Amy and Andy
There will be more to come on this lovely story but for now, here’s the headline from Amy and Andy! “Amy and I met on Christian Connection in 2024 in New Zealand. We are getting married this year – November 2026! Thanks CC !!!!!!”
Chris and Hilda
Chris was a widower who felt ready to meet someone new. After prayer, he felt God was leading him. “I felt I should join Christian Connection,” he says. “Not the sort of thing I would do at my age ha ha. But I followed the leading and there she was!!”
He connected with Hilda and they have spent their lives since then together. He says, “Trust in the Lord Jesus. His plans are good! Just had our third wedding anniversary. ❤️❤️”
Alison & Paddy
Alison starts their story: “I came across a profile that really interested me so I gingerly gave a like. I quickly received a like back and we started chatting, first by text and then moving onto phone calls. After a couple of weeks I suggested that we meet.”
Despite health challenges, they are building a strong connection. Paddy says, “When we met I picked up that she was very bubbly, with a very similar sense of humour to myself. After our first meeting, I felt very hopeful and said that I would love to see her again. We have now been together for 8 months and I can see us having a very happy future together.”
Karen
Every new relationship starts with those early days messages and wondering where things could go. We love to hear about blossoming connections as people get to know each other and explore together. Karen’s story is one of those: “I have met someone in January. Amazing God story and timing. Have cancelled subscription. I have been single parent and alone for 22 years, he a widower for 3.”
